1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and ASyndicate LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website, platform, analytics tools, AI-generated reports, leaderboards, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Vectors Please provides aviation career analytics, logbook analysis, benchmarking tools, and AI-generated informational reports.

We are NOT:

  • An airline
  • A recruiting agency
  • An employment placement service
  • A hiring authority
  • Affiliated with any airline or aviation employer

All analytics and outputs are informational only and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Have lawful authority to upload submitted data

You represent that any data uploaded does not violate employment agreements, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risk concerns.

5. User Data & License

You retain ownership of uploaded data.

By submitting data, you grant Vectors Please a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Store
  • Process
  • Analyze
  • Normalize
  • Generate reports
  • Display aggregated leaderboard statistics

We do not claim ownership of your logbook data.

6. AI & Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and automated systems.

You acknowledge:

  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies
  • AI-generated summaries are probabilistic
  • You are solely responsible for verifying results

We disclaim liability for decisions made based on platform outputs.

7. Leaderboards & Public Display

Leaderboards:

  • Certain statistical metrics may be publicly displayed
  • Alias options may be available
  • Rankings are dynamic and subject to algorithmic changes

Your identity is protected through username/alias options at any time through account settings.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

A. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan.

B. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You authorize ASyndicate LLC to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

C. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

D. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery of analytics and AI-generated reports:

  • All purchases are final.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only if required by Florida law or at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in permanent account termination.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload falsified or misleading data
  • Scrape other users' data
  • Reverse engineer platform systems
  • Interfere with infrastructure
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, branding, algorithms, content, and design elements are the exclusive property of ASyndicate LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Hiring success
  • Accuracy of AI outputs

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

ASyndicate LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost wages or career opportunities
  • Employment decisions
  • Data inaccuracies
  • Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASyndicate LLC from any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your uploaded data
  • Violation of these Terms

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive:

  • The right to a jury trial
  • The right to participate in class action lawsuits

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for permitted legal actions shall be in Florida courts.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
